When someone can’t stay for a full raid I will usually ask them to either sit out or to leave/join at break (half-time), especially if we are on progress encounters. That means I can only accept you as member rank (social). We have some member ranked who raid with us, but if we for some reason would have to scale down you’d be among the first to get cut. So far that has not happened, but if it did I wouldn’t want it to come as a surprise to you.
