I really like your application which is why I’m sorry to say that I have a couple concerns regarding schedules. We require 100% attendance from our raiders. Even those who think they can join all weeks have attendance problems sometimes, which has a big impact on a small raid group like ours. Also, our raids do not end before midnight server time. When considering this and that we first and foremost look for a DPS with healing OS I’m afraid that I have to decline your application.

I understand your concerns. Transferring server is a big deal even without the gear gap issue.

We don’t have any alt runs at this point, I know that some of our guildies have been PUGing normal modes - it could be that Draenor is a better server for that. What I can say is that we do progress a little slower than most guilds since we don’t use voice chat. And as you know we only raid twice per week, so it’s not like we will rush ahead at light speed.

There are many uncertainties. How much farming will we do, how fast will we progress in heroic modes, how long will it take you to gear up - it wouldn’t be constructive to keep the slot open for several weeks, we are after all recruiting because we need someone to join us right now.

I can’t tell you what to do, it’s definitely a risk to take. Best of luck with your decision! I sent you a PM with my battle-tag in case you have more questions. 🙂
